Vote Doodle-4-Google

**Reposted here**
***For the record, Grade 4-6 Region 9 artist is also homeschooled***

Hey Everyone,

One of the students in our local co-op needs our help! Hannah is one
of three homeschooled students in the contest ... and not only that,
her drawing is, in my opinion, the best one in her group (so you
don't have to feel guilty voting just because she is homeschooled :-
D )

Now, wouldn't it be a hoot if a homeschooler won the contest ... in
CALIFORNIA!!

Hannah Newsom has entered a Doodle 4 Google competition. She had to
come up with a new themed design using the google logo. The contest
was to answer the statement "What if…"

Hannah answered with "What if …everything I drew came to life."
She did a colored drawing to illustrate that. Her doodle was chosen
by the panel of expert judges as one of the 40 best entries in the
country from a pool of thousands of submissions. As a Regional
Winner, Hannah is invited, along with a parent or legal guardian, to
attend the Regional Winner's celebration at the Googleplex in
Mountain View, CA on May 21, 2008.

Hannah has the chance to compete to be the national winner but now
the contest is in the hands of the public. This competition was open
to all schools and home schoolers and each public and private school
will support their own candidate with their votes. If Hannah wins she
will receive a $10,000 Scholarship. Please help support Hannah,
since she is home schooled we need to be her school and vote for her!

To Vote go to:

Click Grades 7-9, and then vote for Region 7 thats Hannah's Drawing
and it's amazing!

Please pass this on ...

Thanks,

Kim in AR
